It’s really what you prefer! Rogan has said on several occasions that he prefers the audiobook versions as you can listen to them anywhere. In his case in the sauna or during a workout!

If you’re not into the whole book reading thing, throw it on your headphones instead. Joe has said this many times himself, that most of the books he “reads” are actually the audio version. You can workout or get other stuff done while listening to an audiobook.
